I think I’m going to start getting back into various activities.
I want to keep watching foreighn movies, traveling, and pursuing the things I'm genuinely interested in, instead of losing touch with my own interests.
I've had this kind of self-imposed limit where I felt like I had to keep things to a minimum.
But I think I'm going to take that limit away and live more freely.
I can always ckeep these thoughts as drafts, so I think I'll just journal here.
Anyway, it's way to hot.
Maybe having the living room on the second floor wasn't such a good idea?
But there's no single "right" answer.
I'm the once who gets to make my choices right.
I used to think there was a right or wrong choice in itself.
But in the real world, what matters is taking the 70-point choice you made and turning it into a 100-point choice yourself.
I also want to interact with all kinds of people.
The more people I meet, the more information and different perspectives I'll be exposed to, and I think that will help me become less sheltered.
And I want to take off some of my self-imposed limits.
For example, I want to let go of these intellectual-sounding biases, like:
"Being into idols is kind of stupid and embarrassing.!
Or:
"Yasushi Akimoto is exploiting women's immaturity by turning it into something attractive and selling it."
Maybe I should stop trying to sound intellectual all the time, and just let myself like what I like.
